That's pretty self explanatory.
My seller FB shows No feedback received on Chrome.
Checked the APP it's still there.
Thanks

Actually, when a seller is logged in to their account, their own personal feedback profile defaults to "most recent" which I think I maybe played a roll in. 🙂
When this first launched all FB defaulted to most relevant. I kept submitting product feedback to eBay that, as a seller, feedback is a customer service tool. Buyers frequently submit FB instead of messaging a seller when they have an issue or a question, and because the filter defaulted to most relevant sellers were missing those opportunities to work with their buyers.
eBay changed it somewhat quickly to make sure sellers saw a most recent default filter when logged in to their own accounts - but when logged out it defaults to most relevant just like any other member's.

Do you see fb when signed out?
Did you manually clear your eBay browser cookies for Chrome?

I will give both a go..
Thank you..

Ok I tried signed out, no joy.
Cleared everything, signed back in, no joy.
But I tried the browser on my phone, it's chrome too and the FB is visible so you're probably correct(as usual) it's an issue with my laptop browser.
Because it shows up on Chrome on my phone & on the APP.
I'll try another computer to check but I'm betting it's my poor old laptop.
The eBay Whisperer solves the mystery again.
Thanks a bunch.

Browser on your phone is mobile web which is different from browser on your laptop which is classic web.
What happens when you use a different browser on your laptop?
Also - you mentioned your laptop is old. Which OS version are you using, and which Chrome version are you using?

It's there.
You haven't sold in a long time so if you search by the default, "relevance," nothing shows.
But if you sort by "most recent" all your feedback as a seller shows:

@wastingtime101 Windows 10, Chrome is up to date..
@albertabrightalberta I tried all those settings.. Changed them all. But if you're seeing it, it has to be my computer.. I'll try restarting it and see if that help.
Thanks friends..

I can see your FB in both new and old formats using Firefox, no matter how it is sorted.

@wastingtime101 @albertabrightalberta
Thank you both for your time..
I feel silly..
I checked on Edge (same laptop) and it's still there. It has to be a Chrome thing.
I'll restart my computer and check it in the morning.
I just wanted to list a few things on this account and I wanted at least SOME FB there for buyers.
Old and stale as it may be.
Thank you both VERY MUCH!! Have a grand night!!

Hi @pikabo-icu
Just wanted to let you know ...
I have Windows 11 / Chrome / I'm on a desktop
and my seller feedback is still there.

@legalbeagle52 Thank you very much!
@tobaccocardyahoo Thank you too..
I feel like a dope. I'm sure it's just a browser glitch.
I'm going to restart my computer in the morning.
It's getting tired so at times it takes a LONG time to restart and I'm too sleepy to wait for it.
Thank you all. I appreciate your help. I think it's just a simple hiccup with my browser.

Don't feel silly! I'm the worst with these things. I panic when anything goes wrong cause I'm just not good at fixing this stuff. And I need my computer for eBay and other work related things. But Chrome does have MANY glitches and usually they clear up.
Hopefully it will be better in the morning.
Have a good night! 🌃

OMGOSH
I hate to bump this up..
I was thinking it was just me and perhaps a browser extension or something so I was just letting it go but...
Now I'm not the only one.. Here's two more people that are experiencing the same thing.
FB for selling doesn't show up using Chrome. So perhaps something is amiss.
