I have raised this on chat with an agent who has confirmed that what I am seeing is correct. They have said someone is looking into it but I am still waiting for an answer.

I am in the UK when I do a search on ebay.co.uk and find an item of mine and press "sellers other items" it comes up with all my 1045 items however when on ebay.com and do the same only 54 items show. 99% of my items are on Global Shipping Programme so that cannot be the reason. Also the items shown (or not shown) are not of any particular category that I know of or of a particular value. Some new stuff shows but others don't. There appears to be no logical reason why this is the case.

This was first reported to me by a buyer in the US when I said that I have over a 1000 items some of which she might be interested in. She reported she could only see 47 of them. I think if you then press view profile the items might show but that is too late then you have possibly lost a buyer!!

I had other buyers reporting that they couldn't see my items. The only solution was and is to send item numbers which is laborious.

Anyone any ideas?

I could be wrong, but could it be possible that those other items are either not set up for US buyers or they are restricted from being sold to US buyers?
Same as for some categories in the US that can’t ship EIS to the UK like toys category for example.

I see 953 items you have for sale on ebay.com when using the "other items" link on your feedback page and selecting the "worldwide" Item location rather than the "default" Item location which shows 54.

The "default" Item location may only show international items that can be shipped and received within a certain amount of time or that qualify in some other way.

Hi 95% of my listings are using the ebay Global Shipping Programme so they should be available for everyone.

As you point out ebay tech have said people in other countries need to specify "worldwide" in order for all my available items to show. I am not sure why the 54 show initially and some don't. They haven't answered that one.

I would say the vast majority of buyer's wouldn't think to change the location to worldwide.

I think it would be much better if they aren't going to show everything, that a viewer and potential buyer got a message to say "This seller has "x" more items but is not in your location please change the location to worldwide if you want to see them all".
