Seller sold fake perfume. I opened a case and this is what the seller sent me.

I opened a case and this is what the seller sent me to send back the item.   We couldn't process your request because of a technical issue. Please try again.  I kept trying to get messages to Ebay  about this, to no avail.  They have now closed the case.  Pretty much not happy with the seller or Ebay as far as helping to settle this.

I wish that you came to us earlier for help on this.  Now that eBay has closed the case, it cannot be re-opened.  What you can do is open a case with PayPal (if you used PayPal to pay) and file a case with them.  Screenshot your messages and attach that to your case as well.

Return:   I bought this perfume and it was a total fake.  Ebay did get a hold of the seller and I tried to open his return and kept getting.    We couldn't process your request because of a technical issue. Please try again. 

I tried to get ahold of Ebay many times to let them know.  Nothing...and the case is closed.

If they couldn't process your Return, how could they "close a case"? We're missing some info here.
