Seller level - Tracking uploaded on time and validated system issue. NONEXISTINT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I currently have 5 transactions in the Tracking uploaded on time and validated affecting my percentages that are all there in error due to a postal carrier miss scan. All items where shipped and scanned by carrier within handling time. During parcel movement items were scanned odd. Here is a detailed tracking scan from USPS.
