I currently have 5 transactions in the Tracking uploaded on time and validated affecting my percentages that are all there in error due to a postal carrier miss scan. All items where shipped and scanned by carrier within handling time. During parcel movement items were scanned odd. Here is a detailed tracking scan from USPS.
Appeals department is non existent and customer service is completely lacking in the service department since Covid. Any one know how to proceed with this. Thanks.
