Overseas shipment reported item not received, but it's showing delivered! My seller account is at risk, ebay is wanting me to upload tracking information when it is already uploaded; I purchased shipping labels from eBay. Anybody else experiencing this glitch? Thanks

Hi devon@ebay . Here's another one - same apparent tech issue as the other thread.
There's another here. You're not the only one affected @alvarezbroscollectibles .
FYI @comics-scifi-collectibles @eastlaneave in case you see this popping up on the Ask A Mentor forum before eBay resolves.

I am. My account is at risk if I don't provide tracking number, but I always buy shipping thru ebay. Doesn't show me what the issue is.

You usually need to reply to the INR on a desktop or through the mobile site; not the app. If you do, it should be prefilled with your info and you basically just submit the same tracking again that shows delivered. It should automatically close the case within a few days. This has been an issue with the app as far back as I can remember.

Because the Item Not Received (INR) claim has been filed @thereliccollector the steps you should take:
1. You are required to respond to the INR. Click the link to 'update tracking'. The tracking number will auto-populate so you can just click confirm. That satisfies eBay's requirement to respond.
2. After 3 days you will see an option to ask eBay to step in. Click on that. You have tracking confirming delivery so as long as that's to the address on the order, eBay will find in your favor.
The part about your account being at risk is an apparent tech issue as you can see from my previous reply, and it's not related to the INR claim.

Hey @wastingtime101! Sharing the same thing here for other sellers:
Thank you for reporting this issue. There is a sitewide ticket open for sellers being requested to upload tracking, but all orders have tracking information. The ticket is currently being looked at for resolution under ALERT16176.
