I have noticed only today (no idea how long it has been happening) that my customers can not see the three shipping options I have put in place. They only see one, which would be the first one listed.
Option 1: USPS First Class = FREE
Option 2: USPS Priority = $10.99 (Customers Can not see or select this)
Option 3: UPS Ground = $25.00 (Customers Can not see or select this)
This is a new issue as a few days ago I had a customer select UPS as they would like to get the package fast. Today a customer message me asking why they can not select or see the UPS Ground option as they needed it.
The only way I was able to resolve it was by deleting all shipping options and leave only UPS Ground. When I did that I ask them to try again and they were able to make the purchase.
Very stressful as it was almost closing time and they needed the package for tomorrow and were willing to pay.
Anyone else have this issue? Seen this issue? eBay having issues?
