I live in the USA, I buy many items from British sellers on eBay UK. I also have almost 1200 items saved in my custom lists, and currently have over 300 items in my watch list. I normally receive notice of a seller offer in both my alerts and in my messages. Today, while randomly checking items in my lists for purchase, I opened a BIN listing from a seller in the UK. Much to my surprise, it had a seller offer showing, which was quite a good deal. The issue is that I had NOT been notified of the offer. I only found it by chance when I opened the auction page. I even signed in specifically to ebay.co.uk, and there was no notice for this item there, either. I signed out off all ebay tabs, signed back in. I cleared all my cookies. Still no notice for THIS item, though I have three other notices of seller offers (all from USA sellers) that DO show up. Is this a normal occurrence? Is it a glitch? How many other items have I missed deals on by not being notified of them?
