Seller Hub shows I made a sale but I can't see it anywhere

Hi everyone, hope all is well.

My Seller Hub shows I made a sale but I don't see information for it anywhere. It says " Print labels and ship: 1 " but I don't see information anywhere in Seller Hub about it, nor did I get an email notification about the sale like I always do (nor is there any info about it in the app). I don't see anything in "All Orders", I don't see anything in "Awaiting Payment", I don't see anything in "Cancellations" -- nothing.

Does anyone know why this might be happening? I contacted customer support but also wanted to ask you in the meantime.

First of all, thank you very much for all the input, you've gone above and beyond, but, unfortunately, not even the download report thing worked. I have already tried checking my account on two other browsers -- nothing. The only things I can think of at this point is a) Something sold, yes, and what sold was extremely pricey, that's why it didn't reflect yet, and b) It's a bona fide glitch.

Thanks for the input; and yes, I believe a glitch is one possibility. I've checked and rechecked every possible filter, also checked on different browsers, plus checked on my phone (app). Nothing. I'm at my wits' end and can do nothing else apart from wait for Ebay to get back to me.

But again, I'm becoming more and more convinced this is a glitch because I would have thought one of the suggestions you guys made would have solved the problem, but no 😕

Yes, I am having the same problem on my PC. It shows 2 under print labels and ship and 1 overdue. When I click on either, there are no items waiting. It seems like I spend a certain amount of time each week playing the "is it ebay or me?" game.

Hello and thank you for the input. So it's a glitch, right? Also...does your account health take a hit because the system shows overdue/late shipping?

Don't worry about this @srl_trading @thecollectionbuyer . It's an intermittent glitch with data on the Overview page. It's been happening on and off for years. As long as your Orders page looks good, you're fine. If you want to report the tech issue to eBay you can click the question mark on the bottom right of the seller hub overview page.

On top of that, there have been page load and other issues with eBay this morning, so the issue may be tied to that, as well. Either way - not something to worry about as long as your Orders page looks good.

PS: I also say "on and off", as opposed to some preferring "off and on" -- talk about weird tangents, but hey 🙂
