Good morning Gentlemen,
For about 2 weeks the notification Bell in Seller Hub for Messages from members is not completely clearing ... all messages have been replied to but the message buffer seems to be retaining record of some not answered.
I use MS Edge and Windows 11

I had that problem a few weeks ago. I can't see it in the picture, but in my case the notifications had small "x"s in the upper right that you could click to make the notification go away. One of my notifications was to ship an already shipped item; once I closed the notification with the small x, the "Paid - Ship Now" notice that I was seeing on the main page also cleared. Hope this helps.

@mr_lincoln This error has been happening for at least a year off and on. You can clear it by going to the active listing that had a message and select Mark as Answered from the drop down menu.

It was actually working correctly for a while and yes, this has happened before. Unfortunately, the Bell notification and the Listing tile below showing items with Questions are not synched ...
The new eBay Message flow also shows NO unread messages ... why don't you send me a question on one of my listings to see what happens (if your schedule permits of course).

Thanks for messaging me on that item ... check out this screen shot ... I replied to your message and here is what happens.
-Looks like Replying to your message changes the Unread messages from 1 to 0. The "with Questions" value of 1 will not change until I click there and the next page shows NO messages because I replied. The Bell Notification never showed your message as a 3rd message nor did it take the 2 down to 1 because I replied ... you just can't make this stuff up.

Thank you Kyle ... it seems to be somehow related to the new Message flow ... mine was stuck on 2 until I had several back and forth messages with a potential customer ... then a 3 popped up after one of the member's messages but dropped back to 2 after I replied.
