Unable to manage, relist, edit or delete unsold listings. Been defective for over a week. Now what? Been using it for years. Can’t do anything.

Did you report it to Ebay? Mine is working.

You can try clearing your Cache and Cookies. Shutting down you device and let it rest for a minute or two, fire it back up and see if it works. While it sounds simple, it often works on problems like this.

You might try changing your browser too if you still have a problem after doing what I suggested above.

If none of that works, it is time to contact Ebay and report the problem. Make sure you get the ticket number so you can check back with them on the status of the issue. This is very important. Get that ticket number.

I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.

Your options will be on the left. If you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant or Chat box type AGENT in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options. Not all options are available 24/7. It will depend on staffing available. So sometimes you can request a call back and sometimes you can't. Sometimes you have the Chat option available and other times it won't me. If it is important to you to use one of those options, just try back later.

If you use a cell phone or other mobile device, you may need to turn off your Spam filter so that Ebay can call you.

If you are a seller outside of the US or Canada, you will need to use the Chat Option.

I made the report last week advanced apps are now aware of it and they are working on it they told me that I would get a call tomorrow and it should be fixed check yours also then and let's see

Do you have the ticket number? The more members that complain using the ticket number the higher it rises in importance to get fixed. So this is very helpful to share the ticket number and can get it fixed faster.

You know I had it but don't know where I put it, Maybe there is a copy of it on my transcript page anyway it's still not working I just checked so if they don't call me back today like they promised I'll call back it's I've been trying to clean my Page up for over a week now seems like they are having issue after issue after issue lately
