Seller Communication Preferences - 'Item Sold' & 'Item Did Not Sell' Buttons Glitched

Hi all,

I'm wondering if anyone else is having this problem.

In the Seller Communications Preferences Tab (https://commspreferences.ebay.com.au/commsprefs)

I am having trouble switching on notifications under the tab 'Selling Activity', to be notified for when products have sold. The setting that controls this is called 'Item Sold', however when flicking this to the 'On' position, then saving and refreshing the page, I notice it switches itself back off, hence I believe there's a bug happening here.

Strangely, I never turned this off to begin with, and use to get email notifications of products selling, however now I do not.

This issue is also affecting the slightly less useful notification option for 'Item Did Not Sell'.

This is quite painful as I'm only notified in my eBay store itself when something sells, not via email, which is must more convenient as I'm not a big store and don't log in every day.

Anyone else having the same issue?

You are registered in Australia, but you are currently signed in to ebay.com and you are posting on the ebay.com community pages.

Email notifications are not reliable -- you should still be checking your eBay account directly. There are many factors that might prevent an email from reaching you, and not all of those factors are under eBay's control.
