Today, 3-30-22, I searched for Tax Token Error, something which I knew would bring up at least one listing as I had bid on one. The search brought up nothing, however, under my personal info, I had bid on one and the listing was active. I had the same issue with other searches. Anyone else having this problem? Thank you

Someone posted a video of the issue on Twitter as well, appears to be iPhone in this case so I would assume first search is mobile web browser and second search is in app, but not sure.

Your screenshot shows that both category and condition are missing from the left hand search filters. Odd one. You guys should tag one of the eBay team to see if there's an open ticket on this. eBay says Chrome is their preferred browser, so it's kind of funny that's where the issue lies.

On Firefox 0 results I still see check boxes with number of listings for different variables. On other browsers it's just 0 results and nothing on the sidebar.

And whoever asked, I am aware of the auto drill down to a specific category some searches do. It's not that.

On listings I've tested it can be "PART NAME, FITS BRAND NAME, PART # XXXXXXXX"

XXXXXXXX shows 0 results.

But it is in results of "PART NAME" and other combinations of searches that exclude XXXXXXXX. It's an absolute mess and not even something I can easily suggest answers to even though I have a programmer on staff. It's weird.

@wastingtime101 I don't think it is tied to Chrome. I was OK with Chrome, but Zero with Bing. Others have had trouble with Chrome. I'm not a techie, but maybe it's tied to specific servers?

All I can say with certainty is I am sometimes getting zero and I'm sometimes getting what appear to be correct search results, and it all seems pretty random. And this is using "all categories" General Search, no filters, no category, etc.

But I need to get back to work here. Hope ebay gets this fixed, whatever is causing this...

As far as it being Chrome, like @my-cottage-books-and-antiques said, different people are experiencing it in different browsers as well as both the Android and iOS apps.

It's definitely a weird one for sure.
