When you go to my store and search for "barbie" in a regular web browser (I haven't tested this on mobile yet), it should pull up the various Barbie Furniture sets that I'm selling. However, it doesn't do that. After searching for "barbie", it shows "0 results found for Barbie". It seems that eBay is automatically populating the "barbie" character and "mattel" brand checkboxes on the left side of the page.

However, if you search for "barbie furniture", it will display the correct results.
If eBay still has an error reporting tool, please post the link. I tried Google and various "help" links on eBay, but can't figure out how to submit a technical issue.

I get six results whether I search your store or "items for sale" using the keyword barbie in Firefox.

That's odd. At first when I read your response, I didn't think this would be browser specific. After reading your post, I tried it in Firefox and it worked. So then I tried an incognito window in Chrome, and it worked again. However, it doesn't work in regular Chrome. When I search for "barbie" in my regular Chrome browser, it continues to automatically populate the "barbie" character and "mattel" brand checkboxes on the left side of the page for some reason. Anyone have any ideas as to why?
