Trying to find a product. Put in the full name, picked correct catagory, hit search, and got a big blank grey screen. All that was showing was the search bar with item - nothing else. Refresh did not fix it this time. And before anyone suggests cleaning cookies and browser history I did. Why is this the only site that recommends people do that?
IF you run into this problem try this: Say you want Dr. Gloomy's Grey Skin Melter. Take out everything except the brand - Dr. Gloomy's. Search the brand and refine from there. This is a major back-to-school shopping weekend and the site is as eratic as a chipmonk on peanut brittle. Good luck sellers and buyers.
