Screen locks with ops message when listing Native American Pottery. No restrictions per T&S, WHY?
We attempted to list a Native American pottery vase made in 2019. We listed the tribal affiliation and artists name in the item specifics. We include a certificate of authenticity in photos. Screen lock with OPS message and we cannot continue. Listing is in draft folder. We attempted changing listing category to pottery/decorative vases. Receive same OPS message. We used a sold listing by this same Navajo artist, so other sellers are able to list artist and tribe. Seems like the button to certify compliance and proceed is not there. Is this a glitch? Or have I been restricted from listing in NA categories? We reported same issue 6 months ago when listing a different known Native American artist. ISSUE STILL HAPPENING.
