For months and months, I have printed my shipping labels out of orders to ship in seller hub-click on all items, then click on the menu to print shipping labels, then advance on and fill out the individual stats and hit preview and pay, then print, then print pick list, then hit print scan form, which generates the scan form for printing. Same process forever. I'm in managed payments now and switched to payout payment for labels last week. Two days later, whenever I pay and print labels and then hit scan forms, all it says is there are no scan forms to generate and none in history. Looking further, there is also no checkbox for print scan forms in the preview and pay stage page. Exactly what the heck is going on? Obviously there is some new way I have to print labels that generates scan forms? This is 6 days in a row I haven't been able to generate a scan form and it is intolerable. I've tried printing labels through every facet I can see on seller hub, been through help, looked at community, nothing answers this question. Anyone out there who knows what is going on?
