Trying to process a shipping lable. But keep getting an error message "We were not able to take the payment" this is very frustrating as ive never had a problem till recently. Last time I literally had remove automated Ebay payments in my PayPal acct to get the lable processed. This time is not working no matter what. Ive had the same cc since day one. Advise please.
