Saving searches

Hi. I am not able to save searches. Buttons are not visible. I tried both chrome and firefox. There is no Android option too. I would appreciate if someone can help. Thank you. Pedro Esquivel

How many saved searches do you currently have?

If you are at or near 200, try deleting a search to see if that allows you to save another one.

First of all, I'm sorry that it's not a solution.

I've been having a similar problem for a few days.

Suddenly, the top menu disappeared.

I searched for a solution, but I couldn't find it.

The problem I'm experiencing is PC and not mobile.

My PC eBay doesn't have the menu in the attached image.

If the menu does not appear when you use another browser, the problem may be related to your location.

Do you see those options if you use a different site such as ebay.com.au or ebay.co.uk?

Thank you for your help. Meanwhile I found that latest searches are shown on the main ebay page, where you can find the little "heart" icon and save your search.  So the functionality is there but in a very different way...

Just a detail, in ebay.co.uk, the search pages are normal, so the search save option is available....

Thank you for your reply.

As you said, I searched on eBay in the UK and found the menu (price sorting, saved search, etc.) that I saw until a few days ago. But I still don't see the menu on eBay in the U.S.

Anyway, have a nice day. 🙂

Try viewing the ebay.com search results using another browser. If the icons appear in that other browser, try clearing cache and manually erasing ebay.com cookies in the original browser.

Otherwise there may be an issue with viewing that ebay.com feature from certain locations. The menu to change sort order appears and works for me in the US.

Unfortunately, everything was done, but it didn't work out.

I tried accessing eBay.com through an Edge browser, but it was the same.

Chrome and Edge both tried deleting cookies, but they were the same.

Thank you for caring about my predicament. 🙂

You are right. Using ebay us the option is available with android application in the home page (last searches are shown there and may be saved). For pc browsers I didn't find a solution.
