I am trying to save new templates and when I click save, the page gets stuck on "Saving Template" and never actually saves it. I have tried a few workarounds like creating copies of existing templates but the same issue occurs.

Same issue for me as well. Even tried another computer in case it was just the one I normally use for listings. Tested in Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge browsers. No luck in either.

Feb 5, 10:11 PM CST. Same for me, trying to update a template and save it. After 'Save Template' it just sits there spinning, spinning "saving template". Not functioning properly. First time I've ever seen this. Just when I have prepared photos for 35 items and am trying to update my template for those items.

Same here and I'm not encouraged they'll fix it anytime soon after seeing how far back this thread goes. I talked to some guy in India at customer service and I believe he said they created a ticket for me and have tech working on it. Not sure, he was extremely hard to understand. But that was 2 days ago and it still does not work.

Try using the New Listing Tool to create a template, if that is an option for you.

That seems to be working for some sellers.

This has been happening for me for the last few weeks. Repeatedly trying you can get it to save - jst enter a small amount then save and re-edit.

I have wasted so much time on this.

Whay are Ebay so incompetent? Good thing they didnt make $2 billion in profilts in 2021 or I may be angry..

Same thing is happening to me as these other folks! The new listing tool only works for listing single items. We want to create templates and that is what is not working.
