I have not received an email from ebay on any of my subscribed and saved searches for over two years. I have spoken on the phone to ebay staff twice and was told that I was put on a list to have this fixed. So far nothing has happened. I see that I am not the only one with this problem. Has anyone gotten the formula on how to fix this? Is there actually someone from customer support who reads these posts and helps?

I had been receiving daily emails for over a year, then suddenly they stopped about two weeks ago. I tried unsubscribing, waiting a day then re-subscribing but that did not work.
This has happened before and I have to assume eBay IT messed up something on their end. It eventually started working again after the previous incident, so I'm hoping that will happen in the current situation. For now, I'm going to eBay and running the search(es) manually.
