Hello,
I have some saved searches that will only show new listings within specific countries. I get daily mails that show new listings, this will show up to 12 results per mail and works fine. However, if there are over 12 new results I will have to click the included link which will open the Ebay app. I noticed that when I then open the app it will not show results for the country specified but for the US market instead. How would I prevent this? Thank you

I will have to click the included link which will open the Ebay app.
I do not think the eBay app has the capability to select individual countries to search -- I think you must use a browser for that feature.
It is possible to prevent eBay links from opening in the app by default. Exact details depend on your device/operating system.
If you have a Chromebook, open Chromebook Settings, scroll down to Google Play Store and select it. Select "Manage Android Preferences". From there go to Apps: eBay: Open by default: Open supported links: and choose "Don't open in this app". Then back out of the settings and you should be all set.
If you have another Android device, then using the device manager, under Settings: Apps: eBay: Open by default -- there is a setting called "Open supported links" holding that down gives three choices: "Open in this app" "Ask every time" and "Don't open in this app". Choose "Don't open in this app". Changing that setting should prevent browser links from opening up in the app.
If you have an Apple iOS device, try tapping and holding down the eBay item link in your browser -- you should see some options about how the link is opened that should be remembered for the next time you open such a link.

Ok, so it would require copy pasting each link and then open the browser

No, once you change the default behavior in the settings (or by holding down a link and selecting a choice in case of iOS), the new behavior should be remembered for all eBay links going forward; the links should open in the browser at that point.
At least that is how it works with links in a browser for me; I have not tried opening eBay links from within an email app though.
