Saved search error - Using both "Used" and "Not specified" filters in "All Categories" Saved Search

Using a combination of both the "Used" and "Not specified" condition filters in a "All Categories" Saved Search does not save those two filters. The Saved Search clears those two condition filters and shows all items. 

For example, if you wanted to save an All Categories search for "vase" and only want "Used" and "Not specified" condition, then the Saved Search appears in Saved Searches as including all items dropping the two condition filters from the search.

I tried several variations of that search using a browser and the eBay app, and the resulting Saved Search does appear to apply to "Any condition" rather than just "used" and "not specified" as in the original search.

A search using only one condition option at a time does still seem to work correctly, but searches using multiple conditions do not save correctly and default to "Any condition" when accessed via the Saved Search page.

within the past few months all my saved searches from years ago ignore multiple settings, such as category, condition, price, or location (not to mention quoted and excluded words)

they've done something which has made the saved search feature almost useless, i get so many irrelevant emails now that i've blacklisted the entire ebay.com domain in my inbox

The issue has not been resolved. I just tested the filters for a saved search.

I recreated the original search for vase and noted that the search was still a saved search. Loading the search from the Saved Searches page results in the "Used" and "Not specified" conditions being replaced by "Any Condition".

Just in case the problem was with the original saved search, I tried a new search for vase glass and selected "Used" and "Not specified", then saved the new search, and then loaded the search from the Saved Searches page. The "Used" and "Not specified" conditions were replaced by "Any Condition".

I repeated the test using a different eBay account after deleting eBay cookies with similar results.

It looks like the issue has been mostly resolved, however once the search is saved and returned to through the saved searches page the "not specified" filter remains unchecked on the side bar, but does still hold as a saved filter above the search results.   Screenshot example:

Thanks for the follow-up @old.line! Are you saying the search works correctly and it's more of a cosmetic thing that the left side of the screen isn't showing that box checked...or that it doesn't hold that refinement at all and so a part of the saved search requirements are still not working correctly? I just want to make sure I'm letting the right people know what's going on depending on the issue.

I think it is only cosmetic UI at this point, but I will continue to test it.

Relatedly, can you please advocate internally for a return to the previous old UI for saved searches? The new gallery tile style is extremely inefficient/laborious to use and a waste of screen space compared to the prior straight saved searches text list style UI. It boggles my mind that someone approved and paid a developer to make such an unnecessary change...ebay's UI should maximize user efficiency, which in turn increases profits.
