It appears that eBay has changed the Saved Sellers page so that the list appears as a two column list sorted by last added by default.
If you prefer an alphabetical list of saved sellers, you may be better off starting from your feed page:

Select the number of saved sellers at the top to see a four column text list of saved sellers in alphabetical order. You can right click on a seller username to open the seller profile page in a new tab. Not the most elegant work around, but a possible alternative to the new Saved Sellers page.
