Saved Searches not loading

Hi all! Anyone else noticing that their saved searches are not loading past the first "page" of items? Mine has been acting this for at least 4 days. I've tried multiple browsers and the issue persists.  Any tips?

Thanks!

Can you give an example URL of one of those searches?

There are many reasons why you might not be able to see a page two including: some of the results being multiple variation listings that count as more than one result; eBay may be hiding some of the less relevant results, in which case you should see a message at the top of the results with a link to "show all results". Or something may be broken.

A good check of the first case is to try sorting by highest price, and then sort by lowest. If you see all the same items in reverse order, that is a good indication that you are getting all of the results on one page.

Do you notice this problem with regular searches, or just saved searches?

In some cases, if you have a lot of search exclusions, particularly excluded sellers, the length of the search URL can apparently cause problems. See here:

Try removing a name or two from the excluded seller list if you have added any recently, to see if that affects things.

Thanks. I removed the past few "Saved searches" I recently set up and now my saved searches feed is displaying, 'You don’t have any items in your feed right now." Which is not true as I have 90 saved searches. Any other ideas?

I suggested removing some of the excluded sellers from your search, if you exclude sellers, to see if the searches work better in that case.

I do not use feeds, so I have no suggestions there. Mostly I do my own searches and bookmark the ones that I want to do more than once. I find that gives me more control over the searches, as well as the opportunity to save more than one hundred.

Can you post a link to a search that is not working for you?

Thanks again. I do not have any excluded sellers. The link is just -- https://www.ebay.com/feed -- so my results won't load for you . I attached a screenshot.

So the problem is your feed page? If you click on the "90 Searches" link, do those searches work as you expect?

I do not use the "feed" page, so I can only tell you that when I go to my feed page, I see a lot of items. Did you recently clear your cache? That might have also cleared your feed page of items. Try running a few of your saved searches, and see if that repopulates your feed.

I called ebay about the fact that they are no longer sending email alerts to me on my saved searches.  This has been going on for about 3 weeks.  The guy I talked to seemed unaware of the problem and had no idea how to fix it.  Suggested that I delete all my saved searches and reload them.  UGH!!  I did delete and reload and it has made no difference.  What the heck is going on with ebay????

Saved Sellers and Saved Searches are both a buggy mess that should not be relied on. The discussion boards are full of complaints about users not receiving Saved Search emails, or else receiving unwanted emails from zombie searches that cannot be found or deleted. Likewise, users complain of being unable to add or delete Saved Sellers, despite being well under the limit of one hundred.

Your best bet may be to find another way to keep track of searches and sellers that you have more direct control over -- by using bookmarks of searches or sellers' "items for sale", links pasted into an email, or third party automated search tools. Google "automated searches ebay" for some possible suggestions.

I'm having the same issue for the last 3-4 days. I have tried multiple browsers also and no differences. Only on my cell phone are the images/descriptions loading properly.
