Save Search Pop up dialogue Box keep appearing on Main screen page. This message can't clear if click on the "X"....so frustrating ...can eBay do something to resolve this annoying "save search" pop up box ?

I feel your pain.... 6 days now for me...

Luckily i had a My Ebay page bookmarked so I can still enter the site.

But the home page is useless and if you don't have a page bookmarked I don't see how you can use the site at all.

Been quite a few dif posts on this and some very helpful folks have been... helpful... but problem persists.

Started being a problem last friday... right after their usual thursday/friday playtime....

Tried contacting them this evening but cs is none exsisting now....

So as of now bookmarking and going around the page are the only known "fix"?

No fix yet for the actual pop up issue?

I tried clearing the cookies and cache now several times. I realized I was only clearing my iphone and safari history so I cleared my google chrome as well...

No change however....

In the thread that you linked to.... a member asked elizabeth@ebay for help on this. Do you or anyone else for that matter know if elizabeth ever replied?

Several dif threads floating around but I haven't seen any eBay help so far

It is not clear to me; this does not seem to affect everyone, so it is hard to say. Perhaps only certain browsers, browser modes, or certain operating systems are affected. Or certain versions.

I only saw the pop-up once and I was unable to get it to recur, so I am not sure if there is something I did, or did not do that made a difference.

I have not noticed a response from anyone at eBay, but I may have missed one somewhere.
