Same Day Handling -

My cut off for same day handling is 6:30 am Central time. I had a buyer who paid 12/11/18 at 8:20 am. This morning I went to mail it and it said it should have been mailed yesterday even though it was past my cut off. Same thing happened yesterday with one of my items as well. I shipped 25 items today but it only happened to one.  Is this happenning to anyone else? This needs to be looked into. I can't have it showing that I am shipping 1 late package a day.

Go back to your Site Preferences and make sure that you're actually set up for 6:30 Central time not 6:30 Pacific time.  

eBay is so glitchy it might not make the correct adjustment for time zones even when your Site Preferences are set up  correctly, so maybe it would be prudent to set up the cutoff for 4:30 Pacific time rather than the equivalent 6:30 Central time, to avoid translation errors.

I had the same problem discovered by an item that showed up as being shipped late as well. When I called Ebay, they said shipping cutoff times were all based on PST. After checking my settings, I found that I had correctly selected EST for my same day shipping cutoff time. When looking at the actual listings, they showed the correct time 2PM, but PST and not EST as in my settings. This is obviously a bug in the Ebay dbase/system. I was able correct the issue by selecting 11AM PST in the settings which correlates to 2PM EST. It is frustrating that we have to come up with work-arounds for such obvious flaws in the system...
