Sales history missing 9/18-9/11

Sales history and notification to ship out sold items is missing.   Had to hunt on computer browser to generate shipping label.   The system was displaying zero items to ship after a payment cleared.

Shipping labels only shows since 9/11. On the website or app 

can’t see any sold history on website on computer after 9/11

Some how 25 completed listings became Archived!   I unarchived on the computer and all is back.

so crazy that a recent sale was archived??   New one to me.    Hope this helps anyone else.
