Hey all,
I have a promotion that is active and making sales, all the edits are working (add/remove items, etc. . .). The problem is, it does not track that data in the promotions screen. The last sale I ran also did not track the sales. Am I missing some check box somewhere or do I need to open a ticket?
I want to compare sales in this category prior to the event, but cant if the promo won't track sales. I have seen the tool to do this on some forums, do I need to opt in for this stuff?
