I have a store on ebay in the US & use only Safari. Today's date is 5/5/21, happy Cinco de Mayo. Ebay will not provide any user with direct technical support & we are at the mercery of Ebay's IT employees for the issue to be corrected.
April 25th, 2021 Reported to ebay at approx. 9a that I was getting logged out creating a sale event + markdown
April 27th, 28th, 29th, May4th, May 5th I reported the problem again and again. I was told each time for the different ebay employee the same thing that they have received a lot of calls about the same issue and ebay's tech IT is working on it. I have ref #.
Today, I told them to send another message to ebay tech support ATTN: Technical Support Manager
PLEASE CONTACT EBAY IF YOU'RE GETTING LOGGED OUT. IF EBAY ASKED YOU WHAT TYPE OF BROWSER YOU'RE USING, IGNORE THEM. IT IS IRRELEVANT. IF THEY TELL YOU THEY WERE ABLE TO CREATE A MARKDOWN, AND NOT LOGGED OFF, IGNORE THEM.
DEMAND POLITELY, TO CONTACT IT SUPPORT. YOU'RE GETTING LOGGED OUT WHEN YOU CLICK ON .... LINK. TELL THEM THIS IS URGENT. GET A REF# FOR YOUR RECORDS.
