I checked other postings and although it looks like this has happened before, it seems no one has reported it recently:
Sold item 10/19/19, having accepted best offer. Received payment, shipped item.
Today I get the email "You have been paid. Now it's time to ship your item", showing the same item, at the original price.
Item ID is the same on each listing. Order number is different.
Seller account activity shows the 10/19/19 transaction, but nothing for the one today.
Advanced search for my Sold items doesn't show the one from 10/19, but does show the one from 10/21/19.
I did NOT relist the item.
I have no idea what happened, but I suspect it's another issue with the new formats. Anyone?

In the past couple of weeks, all my Good Till Cancelled listings (single items) that have been sold as Buy-It-Nows do not get deleted automatically by ebay. The listing still remains with "0" items. I can see the listing, but buyers do not see it.
If I don't physically delete these "phantom" listings, I am guessing they will be relisted each month, so I will be charged the relisting fee. I have an item currently sold that I am monitoring to see if it gets relisted.
Have spoken with ebay, but the 2 that I spoke with were not aware of the glitch.
So I dutifully have to search and find & then delete all items sold each day. Can't imagine how sellers with 50 sales per day manage to do this needless chore.
If you have noticed this, please reply to this posting so I know I'm not the only one with this problem.
Thanks!

Apparently the "Out of stock" option has been activated in your Site Preferences. Just edit the preference. You'll find a more complete explanation under your other post:
