SKU from eBay to PayPal - then Quickbooks

I'm an eBay seller and I'm trying to set up a more professional back-end system with QuickBooks + inventory management.

I'm trying to figure out a way for a SKU alphanumeric to show up in my PayPal history download. Is there any way I can put a SKU on eBay and have it pass through to PayPal? 'Custom Label' seems to be a good candidate.

Basically, I'd like the same SKU in my back-end inventory system, my Shopify website, and my eBay store, so that I can process my PayPal history and it'll automatically deduct a sold item out of inventory.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Between ebay and PayPal, I don't think you will find what you are looking for.  Some third party apps probably have a system, but not for free.

The only thing that comes close that could be doable is if you have long running listings that retain the same ebay Item Number.  The Item Number is unique, could be associated with your SKU, and is included in the PayPal history export.

Another thing to consider, is barcoding your items, and scanning them as they are shipped, which I believe the QB Inventory software is set up for.

You could even scan the tracking number off the shipping label, which if you ship from ebay/PayPal or upload it, is also optionally available in the PayPal history export.

Note, to export all the data fields available, you need a PayPal business account.
