WHY DID EBAY CHANGE THE PRINTING OF SHIPPING LABELS

YOU JUST CHANGED THE WAY THEY PRINT IN A SINGLE FILE

NOT 2 TO A PAGE LIKE BEFORE

I PRINT A 100 LABELS IN 1 DAY I USE 2 PER PAGE STICK ON LABELS AFTER PRINTING

NOW I NEED 25 PAGES AND EACH LABEL PRINTS 1 PER PAGE IN THE CORNER

THEN HAVE TO CUT AND TAPE

WHY DID YOU CHANGE THIS

YOUR LABEL SYSTEM IS BAD ALREADY BUT DOABLE NOW YOU REALLY MESSED IT UP

They did not change anything, it was a windows update from what I can tell. You can change it back by selecting more settings when printing and change the pages per sheet

It's not a "windows update" ... it's a glitch with eBay. I tried printing labels on two different machines, one running Windows 10 and another running Windows 7 with the same results. What you're posting is a good work-around for the time being, but the setting doesn't stay on "2 sheets per page" once you exit out and it has to be switched back every time.

Agree with deeplist, def an ebay issue. People are saying Windows update and blindly running with it...which is not true.

Also having the same issue.  Not working printing from computer using Windows or from my Android phone.  I tried calling and they had no idea what I was talking about...

This is a issue with eBay. All users are not affected. I have 3 accounts, 1 account the issue is just Fedex, UPS labels, 1 account has no issue and the other only has USPS label issues. The labels are coming out very small to the left side. I put a ticket in this morning. Anyone who is having a issue please call or chat with eBay to let them know so they can fix it quicker. It's a huge inconvenience.

I don’t use Windows, it’s not a windows update. There is no way to do what you are showing on an ipad (where I print labels from). It’s a coder, probably overseas that screwed it up. They have these problems every quarter on ebay. It only causes headaches for sellers.

Good question. Why does ebay break something that is working fine? Why does this happen EVERY SINGLE QUARTER?

not only is the label orientation changed, but the top and right side edges are partially cut off

Can anyone else confirm that eBay resolved the printing issue?

My father in-law does 40 packages a day and is worried how he is going to manage this process. He is not that computer savvy.

Can anyone share their case number so that when we open a case eBay doesn't simply say it's our problem.

Brian@Ebay can you possibly provide us a Master Case Number to provide when we open a case on this issue. Thanks

Not a Windows update issue as it happened on all of my computers, regardless of windows version, browser, settings etc.
