SERIOUS LISTING PROBLEMS May 2018

A recent problem has occurred where if I list one item it shows up on my listing 2 and 3 times with differnt item numbers. I have to go to SITE MAP...select SELL and click on END MY LISTING to get rid of the duplicates. In all the many years on eBay this has never happened. When they make changes glitches can occur, this can cause some very serious issues for the seller and buyer as you can imagine...plus you get charged for these erronious listings...I may not list new items until this get fixed...

having same proble,,what is totally despicable is the customer service rep just told me it's a new problem..when you it seems reported it 4 days ago before me? why couldn't she have just said, "we are aware an issue exists"

Have either of you subscribed to WebInterpret? This issue began for others when subscribing.

Another members replied that they had just looked at it and was subscribed automatically. So did you look at that App.

no, I made 3 new listings this morning.. when the new listing review page come up or shortly thereafter, I noticed the title description was doubled ex. if I listed a "Chico Marx Toy" the title description would read "Chico Marx Toy Chico Marx Toy" I thought it was a minor aberration at the time and almost did not look at my active listings ..but for some reason decided to review those and noticed 2 listings for 1 listing made.. it was only on auction format listings..the 1 and only fixed price 30 day listing was not effected by errors.

eBay does a weekly update on Thurs night. When things do go wrong, it can be Mon before they get a handle on the issue and fix it.

I have read no other accounts of your issue. That dooes not mean there are none. Be patient. If the issue does not resolve itself by Mon night, I would contact eBay again...

Here are other account issues that are effecting both sellers & buyers that ebay won't address. These have been going on across the Uinted States for over 3 months. Many sellers & buyers don't pay attention....I hope this helps others and you call and complain to ebay, but ask for an { Account Selling Specialist }, NOT the average person who picks up the phone......Please pass this list on to others. Also these are NOT my computer settings, these are all ebay glitches that the technicians don't know how to correct.

HERE IS MY LIST OF NEGATIVE ISSUES WITH MY ACCOUNT THAT - -- {{  EBAY CAUSED & WON'T FIX }}

1. I still do not have any of Saved Search Titles restored & I NEED them back
2. I still can not use the Advanced Search for sellers, it will not allow it to bring up sellers when I click on Search By Seller
3. My Views & Watchers count has still been sporadically fluctuating day to day

4. Blocked bidders still contacting me

5. When buyers click on my { See Sellers Other Items } it only states that I have #1 item listed, when I have multiples. This same problem is happening with countless other sellers as well. This started July 11th.

6. I { Can't } use { Save This Search } at the top of the page with the heart next to it, because every time I save a search ebay sends me 90 to 140 emails every early morning from 5:10am to 5:16am edt. So now ebay fills my personal Yahoo email in box with garbage........WHEN IS EBAY GOING TO RESTORE MINE AND EVERYBODY ELSE'S SAVED TITLE SEARCHES THAT THE EBAY TECHNICIANS LOST ?

7. My saved seller names that I have accumulated over 7 years are disappearing - - - by them self

8. When I click on a sellers item and click on see others, now it will only state that the item I clicked on there is no more available to view - - - - It's not bringing up { ANY } items from that seller and it should.

that is crazy. Now I have to wonder the other day, every time I clicked my ebay link to open, it was as if I clicked the link twice. All my other links to other sites weren't doing this cause I did a test to see and it was only the ebay link that was doing this.
