I've had that happen a few times.

Would get an email from Pay Pal, then it would be a couple hours before anything showed up on Ebay.

Always log into Pay Pal to make sure you were paid.

Yes. I checked status checkout and buy it now down. I would say for a good part of the day. Huge outage. eBay outages are becoming more frequent and lasting longer. I am having doubts and when I have doubts I have no doubts.

Yes, same here. eBay notifications coming 30 minutes or so after Paypal email about payment.

I wanted to share the behavior that happened yesterday. Same as you, Paypal notification payment received but no corresponding sales order on Ebay side. Later about 5 hours later I checked Paypal and there is a refund for that payment. There is no explanation on the refund record. I will call Paypal and let you know.
