Russian versions of Firefox browser - not working login on ebay.com (only on ebay.com. Not a ebay.de, ebay.fr, ebay.co.uk and e.t.c.).
Firefox 68.11.0 ESR RU (Win7 Pro x32), Firefox 78.1.0 ESR RU (Win7 Pro x32), Firefox 52.9.0 ESR RU (WinXP Pro x32).
All browsers are freshly installed with a new profile (empty cashe).
The parameter "intl.accept_languages" is set to default value "ru-RU, ru, en-US, en".
When trying to login, the site ebay.com (only .com !) returns an error "Access Website Blocked".
Changing the value of the "intl.accept_languages" parameter to "ru, en-US, en" resolves the problem and login on ebay.com is successful.
The problem is not reproduced in English versions Firefox with "intl.accept_languages" = "en-US, en".
