Payment not working

The credit card I have on file and have for years is not working.  It went through fine one minute, and would not work literally the next minute.  Is it even possible to get a hold of ebay anymore?  I can't even find an email.  You'd think a billion dollar company could afford customer service.

If you are in the US, use the Help & Contact link at the bottom of the page. Pick the category that is closest to your issue and you should be able to get to a screen where one of the options is "Have us call you", typically from 5AM to 9:30PM Pacific Time.
