We have just sold a lathe which weighs a few ton, and the buyer contacted me to pick up and ebay would not let me send a message because there were contact details in there!!
I then rang customer services who would not talk to me because I wasn't the registered owner .... We are a Ltd company and the directors are not on site ..... So we can't contact eBay, ever!!
I think I will cancel our account eBay is worse than useless!!
