Review Offers Not Working

Received an offer from a potential buyer - tried to go to Review Offer through each of the several ways to get there - all result in a Status: Failure message. Tried on a laptop, desktop and thru the app on my phone, no go on any of them. Cleared cache and cookies on laptop and desktop, still nothing. Hope someone can help resolve -

That might be an indication that the offer has expired or that the user is no longer registered.

Hi @blackthornroadvintage . Someone else reported that problem not too long ago, but came back to say it's working now.

My  suggestion is to try again, or wait an hour then try again.

If it's still not working, report the tech issue. Through app just shake your device to report. Through website click ? icon on lower right corner of page to report.
