Return problems

In the updated return pages the system sometimes skips the step where I can select the return quantity and automatically assigns a quantity of 1 on the final page.

 

Additionally, for some orders, I’m unable to create a return request at all. I receive this error message:
“Something went wrong.
It's not you, it's us. Please go back and try again.”
This issue occurs on both desktop and mobile devices.
