I recently opened a case to return an item. The seller wasn't responding, so I asked eBay to step in. They said I could return the item for a refund, and I would be refunded when the tracking showed the item as delivered. I printed off the return label provided by eBay that same day (last Friday) and shipped it out. Today (Monday) the item's tracking shows as 'Delivered' on USPS's website. eBay, however, is saying I still need to ship the item. Since I used eBay's provided label, shouldn't this automatically update? If I try to add the tracking info, it says the tracking number is not recognized.
I don't know what to do at this point. Do I just wait it out? Is it just slow to update because of the weekend? I can't find a way to directly talk to someone at eBay to help me.

Use the Contact Us link at the bottom of this page. In the pop-up select See More. Then scroll down until you find Contact an Agent. Ask for a call back.
