Responding to Buyer Offers

Still cannot respond from email or from ebay messages to SOME buyer offers.  Clicking to respond results in going to a blank ebay headed page.  Been going on for about two weeks.  Have to go to listing and click on respond to offer from that link.  Better at times, but had two this morning.

It may be a technical problem. If you are using a laptop, I advise you to try another browser, it may work. If you are using an application, it may need to be updated to the latest version.

Same here, but to go to "Notifications" at the top of the page is working and quicker than surfing through all the listings.
