So I don't understand, if you cant respond to a question that is either invalid or 90 days old then why is the link still listed in the action column on my listings?
What I'm showing above is from the website, on the app its same thing under the active section - there is "unanswered messages" sub heading which contains items that it shouldn't due to the above condition(s).
To me this lacks basic programming principles as once the time threshold is met or any other condition like invalid then the field should clear itself back to when the item was originally listed.
How do we get this addressed/corrected?
