Resolution centre showing error message

I just attempted to use "Send message to the buyer" in the resolution centre - however I get an error message once submitting the message.

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "http://www.ebay.com/res/ItemNotReceived/SendMessage?" on this server.*

I get a similar error message if using the "Update tracking details"

I have used different browsers and logged in/out of my account.

"Access Denied" errors when trying to check out or send messages usually indicate some sort of network error.

If you are using a VPN, try disabling it.

If you are using a custom firewall, that may be causing problems.

Try using your phone or laptop when not connected to your usual network or wifi.
