Please share details including screenshots, steps to recreate, etc. This thread is not meant to be a place for in-depth discussion of the situation, but to be a  place for you to provide us detail into what you're seeing so we can pass this on to the appropriate teams.

the amount of time i’ve spent trying to learn all the new specifics, where they are, what they’ve been called, how they’ve been merged with previous specifics, how they’re lacking, how they’ve been screwed up etc etc is phenomenal

anyone would think ebay employs me not the other way around

i say ignore all of them except the absolute essential ones that you believe buyers would use

and on top of all this the number,of views on items sticks at zero or 1 for a day or two. when you have a 7 day auction and by day 5 you have 3 views, something is very wrong

Please add the following:

IVORY urgently needs to be added as a color.

Mandarin Collar under collars

Vest under tops because many vests are like tops--not heavy like a jacket.

I see the clothing size issue hasn't been totally fixed yet. I listed today using Sell Similar and still encountered the 80+ size choices under the required size IS.  Why did you guys break something that was working fine?

I also listed a tie Friday I think it was. It asked me for "shoe width".

BTW, if you're taking suggestions, please add a separate section in womens clothing for fashion jackets. These are items that are not outerwear, are not suit/blazers, and something clothing sellers have been asking you to add for over 5 years now.

it seems that all of my listings are having the same issue for 1.5 weeks now. they are all fixed price-buy it now, with make offer option.

the minimum dollar figure that i have entered is totally being ignored by the ebay firmware!

so buyers are making absurd low ball offers and i am clogged up with garbage. 

This is yet another problem that popped up after the latest update.

I was able to bulk edit my Baby & Toddler listings with no problem just now, so that's hopeful! They were being red-flagged for having more than one entry in both the Season and Occasion item specifics, so I just deleted everything.

To make those specifics more useful again, my suggestion is to at least add in under Season: Spring/Summer, Fall/Winter, and All Seasons; and under Occasion: Everyday, Party. Currently under Occasion, some of the B&T categories only have Beauty Pageant as the lone choice. These ones were working pretty well before, so maybe revert to previous menu lists?

Last suggestion - could we add "Multipattern" as a choice under Pattern, the way we have "Multicolor" under color?

amen!....   I couldn't agree more.!   ebay needs to wave any store and listing fees that occur from oct 15 until they get this mess fixed..  

how about his, the way they assess additional final value fees on sellers with high metrics.

Sellers should be able to claw back 50% of the final value fees we have paid on sales since oct 15.  

ebay is definitely underperforming it's piers .  piers will include anything I think should be comparable .. and ebay is way below standard..

IVORY urgently needs to be added as a color. I am not choosing white if something is ivory even though it will not show up in search because I run the risk of a SNAD. However, my item will not be viewed by many potential buyers.

The feature I noticed that was missing right away is on the "active" listings page...used to have the amount of listings ending today which could be clicked on and brought up as a list to easily go through--was located on the right side of the page in the field above where the active listings are shown. WHERE IS IT AND HOW DO I GET IT BACK????? I hate to think of the other messes I will find with this "update."

when the contents of both specifics should be merged? as the way it is now is confusing

This may seem picky...........but remember we have to read thru/decide on these each time we list........afraid not to fill all out because of possibility of not showing up i some search...........

I'm sure this has come up already, but just wanted to say, after twenty years of selling clothing, shoes and accessories, I have no idea what some of these item specifics are supposed to represent. They don't make any sense at all to me. Whoever is coming up with these better have experience with CSA, but I doubt that is the case.

Ever since the technical issue with Item Specifics occurred whenever I try and bulk edit with a price reduction, almost all of my shoes/boots listing and jean listings will not update unless I individually edit/correct the so called errors: Missing Color, Missing Heel Height, then once these were updated the Size was missing in the required fields. If I did not fix the "errors" then the listings did not accept the pricing changes.

This morning had to go into bulk editing and individually change 86+ items due to the above mentioned "errors".

Hello,

I would like to report an old issue that has been the same since I started selling fashion (at least 8 years).

Most of my items have many variations (size and color). When creating a listing I use the variations tab to add and edit all my variations. This specific listing for instance has 9 different size variations, but when finishing the "variations" tab and moving forward to the item specific I am still required to select one specific size.

While I understand why it'll ask that when it is a single item listing, but when using "variations" it should detect and remove the "Size" drop box as a required option.
