Reporting duplicate listings Error / Issues

Has anyone else noticed that when trying to report duplicate listings, it will not allow you to report more than 5 or it will not accept the report. It says you are allowed to report up to 10 listings at a time. I have reported this issue to eBay 6 times now on the phone and it still has not been fixed.

I've also reported many listings for months but none get taken down even though they are blatant violations. There are so many duplicate listings in our category that it's pulling down our sales/impressions. We have created reports on ebay through the report a listing feature & also called in with no luck, this is unacceptable.

It is STILL broken, but it is worse than when you created this message.

NOW, it will only take ONE item number even though the instructions under the input box says to enter up to 10 item numbers.

Are there any mods here that can get this fixed. 

Sellers are violating this policy by slightly varying their title which gets they by the bot that looks for duplicates, but for multiple auctions for the exact item, eBay prohibits different titles.

Apparently eBay doesn't even notice they are getting no reports of duplicate listings.

...and no one here has passed this on to eBay.

Can you just delete the duplicate? or end it?

Hi @pgh_pen, thanks for bringing this to our attention! I'll be sure to get this issue reported to our developers for further review.
