eBay

We had at least 4 product ratings for one of our products and they all suddently dissapeared. We did not change anything on our end and there is a SKU #. I've been on the phone with eBay for over 2 hours with no answer.

Has anyone else noticed that when trying to report duplicate listings, it will not allow you to report more than 5 or it will not accept the report. It says you are allowed to report up to 10 listings at a time. I have reported this issue to eBay 6 t...

I had a buyer contact me after the unpaid dispute was closed because they did not respond and we got the final value fee. He was unable to get online but he can now and wants to pay. How can I handle this?
