After I migrated the payment method of Paypal to a direct account in December I have had a problem on update the reporting ( Seller Hub > Overview> Selling Tools> Reporting). Before on the left side above on month >search there was a button (refresh data). Now, this button missing, and sometimes this information update, but I can't update it daily like before.
I have called to eBay several times, and the same answer that they send the case for a technical support. The support all-time tell to clean the cookies on my browser, change the browser, but nothing.
If someone has the same problem and fixed it let me know.
