I am trying to report a seller but my report will not go through.

Are you reporting the listing, or the seller?

If you are reporting the seller, be sure you are using the correct seller username from the user's feedback page, not the store name which may appear in a listing or on a profile page.

If you are reporting the listing, try reporting the listing on the ebay.ca site rather than ebay.com.
