A buyer messaged me about wanting to purchase a quantity of 20 of an item I am selling. I used the "Reply with Offer" feature to send them a lower price as a way to discount the combined shipping rate.
I put the new price in the Price box and I put 20 in the quantity box and the correct Total purchase price was visible on the page. I then sent the offer to the buyer.
When the buyer went to purchase the item, the Offer was only for 1 item and not the 20 that I had put into the Quantity box. I had to go and make a special listing in order to complete the sale for the other 19 items.
This is the 2nd time that this has happened in the last couple of weeks. I've used this feature in the past for multi-quantity offers and it has worked fine.
Please advise.
