Now I keep getting similar emails from Ey and to make it more odd,they say I have to pay for an item that I can not get.
What do the email say, exactly? eBay may send reminders of an item left in a cart, but there is no obligation to pay unless you have committed to the purchase and the item actually appears in your Purchase History as "awaiting payment".
If you have somehow purchased an item that does not ship to your location, contact the seller to request that the transaction be canceled due to a "problem with the buyer's address" or "at the buyer's request".
